Broken woodruff key

Is there anywhere i can get a stronger key from or do you boys just stick with the piaggio ones? Sure you boys must be running alot more power than my humble set up. How do you go about taking off / replacing a woodruff key on the crank snout? I am installing a new crank pulley, and it seems like my key is a little bit mauled. (how many miles have been logged with the offset keys I couldnt guess) If the woodruff key is to tall (or the key slots are slightly to low), the woodruff key may be keeping the tapers from seating with each other. As you can easily see, the woodruff key looks like its been wobbling back and forth for a long time. No broken fins.
